Nissan Murano Cross Cab 2011-weird problem

I have a bizarre problem. After my battery died (fine now) my red top light for my top lit up. It was immediately after it starting again. Also, the trunk wont open and it makes the noise like a backup sensor would make in many cars when the car is moving (same decibel level, but the sound that cars so equipped make when they get close to hitting something while backing up. When the car is stopped at a light or something it goes off. Help. Thanks.
