2004 Murano Maintenance alert
I recently started seeing a maintenance alert appearing about rotating my tires. How do I shut this off, or re-set it as i did just buy new tires. There is no reference for this alert in the manual and there is no screen for resetting this in the SETTINGS window. The alert says "PIT" across the bottom. I assume that this is for PIT Stop as in racing, but I am not sure.
I have navigation and Satellite radio options. Steve |

Thank you. It didn't work as easily as the manual says, but it did work. Steve |

If you have time - (for the next person trying to figure it out) how did it work?

When the alert blinks, you press the MAINT button once, then you press and hold it down for a few seconds. This works for both the tire rotation alert and the change oil alert. It resets to all zeros and will alert you after another 3500 or whatever miles it's set for.
