R&R_2003 Murano Struts and Lwr Control Arms
Just about every forum I've perused pertaining to Muranos, I've seen a high majority of cases where people need to replace front lower control arms and struts. I just installed new tires and the service shop said they could not align my front because my control arm ball-joints have play. There's also oil leaking from both my struts. It appears I too have to R&R my struts and front lower control arms. I've registered with NissanHelp in hopes to find factory service related information with regards to R&R struts and control arms; however, I cannot find any technical instruction. Is this information available on NissanHelp, or not? Where do I find it?

There is no much information on the service manual about replacing the lower control arm. To replaced the lower control arm you just need to remove the bolts holding the arm and installing the new one. The front strut do need some more work and you can have that information in the "Front Suspension" section of the service manual. I have upload the section for you, and you can download free from here: 2003 Murano Service Manual - Loose Sections - Free with Registration - Nissanhelp.com
