04 Japanese Specs - translation required

Just purchased the Japanese specs imported Murano 04 model. It has an impressive array of digital gagets but the sad thing is its all in Japanese (hence the Japanese specs:) Any one able to help me with an english manual for me to access the full functionality of the car.

Have had a look at ebay and whilst there are manuals on sale.. not sure as to their legit-ness.

Assistance in this appreciated.
