Post Engine Air Filter Replacement - 2007 Murano

I own a Nissan Murano 2007. I am aware of how to change the in cabin air filter. I however have a problem changing the engine air filter. When I followed my owner manual and pushed down the lock pins on the air cleaner housing, I was unable to pull up the unit. Can someone explain preferably by pics how do I get to the engine air filter.

After releasing the pins pull the front up....its kind of tight, and make room to lift and slip the filter out....pry up again to install the new filter. There isn't much room but it will work with a little effort.

And it helps a LOT to loosen the hose clamp where the intake hose attaches to the air cleaner top. Just be gentle with the wiring for the airflow sensor on there.
