Video Noise on engine of my Nissan xtrail QR20

I have had this sharp noise coming from my engine on the side where the timing chain seats. I have tried to run the car without the drive belt just to check if the noise will disappear but its still there. Thus my conclusion its coming from the engine. tried to change the timing chain but still the noise is there. its more when RPM is 1000 and above but almost quiet below 800 rpm. Anyone with an idea?
