Default 1999 Maxima - Power Steering Belt

I cannot get the power steering belt to loosen on 1999 maxima. I have loosened bolts on the back of pump (what I could feel, I can't really see what I'm doing). I must not have loosened the pivot bolt yet. There appears to be two mounting holes in a picture of the pump. Is only one used? How does it pivot? HELP!

Maybe this will help. I pulled this from your Service Manual Section MA - Maintenace.
