Default '05 Tranny Shifts HARD!! into 2nd

Has anyone had their tansmission shift very hard into second gear when the car has been warmed up. The shifts feel like the engine is going to drop out of the car. I have also noticed that the tranny also will slip between shifts from 2nd to 3rd and 3rd to 4th. It also downshift HARD into 2nd. When this is happening if I go from reverse to drive the car will not shift into first for a couple of seconds and then when it does it slams into gear. I had the car serviced and the dealer says it was shifting "a Little" hard but not bad. They didn't drive it long enough. when its cold it shifts perfect. I appreciate any feedback on this as I have already had to replace the engine mounts and really dont want to again.

You should start by checking the fluid level and condition. Did the dealer check the fluid? You should also get a second opinion from another dealer.
