Default How to make Accessory outlet always hot?

I have a 06 maxima and i don't particularly care for the fact that the power accessory outlets only function when the car is on. So I'm wondering if there is a way to bypass this and make those outlets hot all the time.

You would have to rewire it.

Not too hard. You need to check which wire on the outlet gets power with the key on, then cut it and wire another wire to it from another circuit that stays on or run a wire from the battery to it. Make sure you put a fuse in line.
