Default 2000 i30 no start - no code - no pulse

Hello,

My daughter has a 2000 130 125,000 miles, car was starting and running fine, sat for 4 days, she went out to start, car turns over but does not fire up.

I have No codes or no check engine light.

Confirmed the fuel pump is working and also tested the relay.

I have 12 volts to the injectors. Power to injectors 12v - No Pulse( with a test light I got a split sec of a flash then nothing no pulse).

I took out and cleaned the two crank sensors and the cam sensor.
I will now re test them as I now have the manual to follow.

Car did start with spray fuel, very rough though.

Now the good part, When I lock the car the security light goes on for 30 sec. solid, then goes out, there is no blinking light after.
I can set off the alarm and cancel it , the theft alarm seems to function.

The manual states the red light should be blinking when key is locked, off or acc, I do not have that. There is no red light when starting the car.

Does this sound like the immobilizer is preventing the start?

Any input much appreciated.

mike
