1998 Maxima - Idle spiking, Choking out,

I have a 98 Nissan Maxima it is currently choking out at red lights and stop signs and cutting off. Once the car gets down to 500 rpms it will cut out I raise the idle. I have no check engine codes.
I change the EGR valve, fuel filter, IAC, checked the ignition coils, had fuel pressure test that came back good. Checked my vacuum hoses for the most part I think I got all of them, change the knock sensor, change the air filter, I have a new battery, I put new leads... I change the IAC today did a idle relearn procedure I don't know if that worked... Just really need some help/ solid line of action because its running into my work and its so unpredictable form of transportation any help would be greatly appreciated!
