What do you mean by "When I double click on the document it doesn't download" If you mean you can't access the ENTIRE Manual - well that means you aren't a Subscriber.

Non-Subscriber's can access the Individual Sections for downloading.

TO EVERYONE TRYING TO DOWNLOAD THE NEW SERVICE MANUAL.

I have encountered the same issue where there seems to be no active link to download the PDF document. After scratching my head for a few minutes, I tried loading the nissanhelp.com site via Firefox rather than Internet Explorer and presto! All of the links were fully functional.

Cheers,

PS: This site absolutely ROCKS !

I am trying to download the entire manual for the 2005 Nissan Maxima (rar or zip) and nothing happens when I click anywhere on the down-arrow, name or picture of the zip file. This is using the latest versions of IE and Firefox. What am I doing wrong?

BTW, I am a subscriber to the site. Correction: I am a registered user and not a subscriber. Please disregard!

You are not listed as a subscriber. That is probably why the system will not allow you to download. When did you subscribe?

Yesterday (2/16). I am able to login and download the 2005 Maxima individual service manuals from http://x.nissanhelp.com/forums/Knowledgebase/links/90 when I click on the download arrow. I am just not able to get any response from the page listed in the first post in the current thread.

I messed up! I am a registered user and not a subscriber. I guess that explains why I am not able to access the manuals!

Sorry for the confusion. I need to get my English straight...

As a registered user you can download some of the section of the manuals, but not the entire manual. Here are the 6 most used sections: http://x.nissanhelp.com/forums/Knowledgebase/links/90
