You could start by performing the Idle Air Volume Learning Procedure. Instructions here: 2000-2001 Nissan Maxima Idle Air Volume Learning Procedure | Nissanhelp.com

You most likely need a new idle air control valve

Cool tcs n service light on

Please help when my tires went bad the tcs light came on. Now I have new tires on n the car and light is still on. Does it reset itself or is there something wrong?

Bad tires will not usually cause the TCS light to set. You'll need to have the TCS codes retrieved. These will need to be retrieved using a capable scantool; the generic OBD II code readers many part stores used to pull codes for free will not work on TCS systems. The stored code(s) should have shed light on what the problem is.
