Question 2010 maxima outside temperature sensor problem

Where is the outside temperature sensor located on the 2010 maxima?

Any ideas why the outside temperature reading in the car does not change with the outside temperature. Ours stayed at a setting 10 degrees lower than other temperatures on the road signs. This started working again but I noticed it was not changing correctly again. It tends to stay within 1 or 2 degrees on the gauge when it is not working right.

THANKS!!!!
