2000 maxima power window problem

ok to start i pulled plug from sunroof motor to change motor,plug came apart,wires touched shorted out 40 amp fuse under hood,replaced fuse now no power windows,put in diff motor on sunroof and used switch on sunroof assy still no sunroof. but now also have no power windows,seat switches to move seat were out til replacing 40 amp fuse ,now they work, i am totally confused
