Taking out tail lights.
I thought this was going to be quick and easy like changing the tail lights on my mustang. Boy was I wrong, I'm not sure why Nissan needs to make things so complicated, but any help would be awesome. I took off the plastic clips to remove the carpeting which pretty much required a 300 pound bench press and super hero strength. Next I undid the two screws with the white clips over them, and thought I was done. I began wiggling the tail light and noticed not only is the tail light coming off but so is the actual paneling to like the back of my car was coming off with it too.
Well when I saw this i ended this mission and starting putting the tail light back together. Now here's my real issue if anyone can help id greatly appreciate it, but when I go to put the rubber clips back on that hold the carpet into place, none of them fit. You can push as hard as you want but they just don't fit back in. Has anyone else had this issue?
