Default 2000 Maxima dies at idle

My 2000 Nissan Maxima will die at idle and if I rev it up and let it go, the rpm come really low and stabilize otherwise it dies. Also it seems if the transmission isnt shifting right. When I step on it wide open throttle from 0mph the rpm will go to 4000 and they fluctuate between 4k and 4.5k rpm but the transmission wont shift unless i release the throttle. Do you think its the Mass air flow sensor. I have no codes but I know the car is running rich and the Mass air flow sensor voltage is at 1.2v at koeo and when I snap throttle it only seems to go about 3.3v max. It now dies at the stop sign some times but it use to only die if I reved it up in park or neutral and let it go.

It sounds like air flow meter or poor TPS adjustment.
