In the current 2002 Altima Owner’s Manual, section 3 under “Trunk Lid”, the Trunk Release Cancel Switch information is not correct.

If a 2002 Altima exhibits wind noise (buzzing or whistling sound) around the left or right front door area, particularly in cross-wind conditions, there may be a hole in the door panel sealer at the front edge of the door

If an applied vehicle has the following symptoms during wet weather or when slamming the

door shut:

If a 1993-1998 Quest has either or both of the following symptoms:

• A pop noise is heard from the sliding door area while driving the vehicle and making a

left or right turn, or when driving over rough/bumpy roads.
