Default Help is needed with information

Hello all,
I am in need for the following information on NISSAN SENTRA 2002 1.8L:
I have to replace ECM and the original one has 5ZE14K on it. Now I have a donor with the marking 5ZE13N, will those be interchangeable as they appear to be from the same type of cars? Could somebody suggest a source where this info would be available?
Thanks.

Cool

Since I got no reply to my previous post. Here's the update:
mentioned above ECUs are confirmed to be identical and worked the same.
So case closed. Thanks all.
