A new entry has been added to Knowledgebase, category 2016 Titan XD

Description: 2016 NISSAN TITAN XD; ENGINE RPM FLUCTUATES WHILE DRIVING AT STEADY SPEED
While driving at a steady speed, the engine RPM goes up and down (fluctuates) a small amount.

I do have this problem with my Titan XD 2016 with same symptoms. How to fix that?

You will have to go to a Nissan dealer and have them reprogram the TCM, as stated in the TSB. It wouldn't hurt to print the TSB and show it to them when you bring the car to the dealer. Being as new as it is, it will likely be covered under warranty.
