2005 Altima S 2.5 Crank no Start

I'm just going to put all of this out there. About a 2005 Nissan Altima S 2.5 from a kid that just graduated high school. It was running and everything I just bought it as a project vehicle it has 252,000 miles on it he said he was selling it cuz of an exhaust leak and he couldn't get it inspected I repaired the exhaust leak got it inspected everything was going good then one morning I got up to start it and it just cranked no start battery is good I got codes P0183 and P0463 I've checked almost everything I've checked the ground wires somebody help please.
