When I am driving the car doesn't maintain constant RPM, example 3000rpm driving straight or even down, it drops and fluctuates around 500 to 1000 rpm from 3000 rpm and it makes what seems to make the transmission slip or something almost like the antiskid would do trying to maintain rpms but this occurs on dry roads... could it be a fuel pump/fuel filter problem or is it a transmission problem? Can anyone help?

Have you tried to check the spark plugs of this vehicle?

Sounds like a case of a bad CVT oil pump.
