Default yukoner

I just bought a 2005 Murano that the owner lost all the keys for. I removed the ignition switch so i can move the car. Can a new key be programed to the ignition switch when not in the car? Also can the car be started without the ignition switch installed?

my 2005 murano keeps stalling while driving,
.
. i have installed a new fuel pump and this did not help.


any ideas will help

That sucks. What else did you do? Sparkplugs and coils ok?
