Default 2000 Sentra pulses at 1500RPM

I know this is a long description, but it’s been a long time trying to fix this problem and I’m at wits end. I am not a mechanic, but the mechanics a work have been doing their bet to help, so anything yu all offer will be passed on to them. Thanks in advance!

2000 Sentra GXE, 1.8L, manual transmission, California emission, manufactured 5/00, 100K miles.

New TPS adjusted to FSM spec, new IACV, new MAF sensor, new fuel pressure regulator, new valve cover gasket, 2 new coil packs, new fuel sending unit, new vapor canister purge valves-both, used vapor canister

No codes.

Car starts and idles just fine-about 750RPM and very smooth, real quiet and no skips I can detect.
Have run idle air adjust procedure several times
Fuel pressure is to spec.
Throttle body nice and clean.
Have run plenty of Seafoam through it.

Once it’s run about 30 minutes and is real warm:
1. Starting from dead stop in first gear---when engine hits 1500RPM’s car jerks wildly like I’ve never driven standard before (I have). If I stomp on accelerator engine just bogs down like it’s flooding. If I push in clutch, let RPM’S die down under 1500, raise RPM’s above 1500 and let out clutch or punch it into 2nd with lots of accelerator-off I go with a squeal of tires.
2. Car idling either in neutral or with clutch in (and it idles just fine)--- if I step on accelerator and raise RPM’s top 1500, hold the accelerator there, the RPM’s will start to pulse from 1500 to about 1800 and back to 1500 and up to 1800 and back to 1500, etc. with accelerator not moved from where is was when I first pegged the engine at 1500.
3. Starting out in second, there’s normally no problem, but---sometimes it jerks at 1500RPM, but it moves right on.
4. Idling around a corner in 2nd or 3rd then hit accelerator to get going---sometimes jerks forward once and feels like it’s died right out though engine is still running, then moves on just fine.
5. Cruising down road at speed, engine running fine---completely let off accelerator car jerks badly rather than idling down smoothly jerks but kicks right back to smooth when I hit accelerator.

There is a strong gas odor that I’ll check out but I doubt this has anything to do with the engine pulsing problem. I have rebuilt most of the evap vapor system so I may just need to do a bit more work on it. There is no CEL, so I’ll check the odor myself but want to mention it in case it may mean something with the pulsing.

My thinking is what’s so unique about the engine running at 1500RPM that the problems all start at that engine speed?

Otherwise car is in great shape and I want to keep it, but not with the engine pulsing and causing issues. But, then again, I can’t sell it for anything acting the way it is.

I’ve read many threads and other websites talking about this problem, but most direct me to the TPS and IACV, both of which are new on my car. I haven’t seen anyone that actually says they solved the problem. Help, please?!
