Master techs only working after june 11
Claims will not be paid unless Nissan master tech did the work. New hire gets 45 days grace.
It's about time. MSTR stands for MINIMUM SERV TRNG REQ and is indeed an on line course. Thanks. Last edited by nissanrepair; 06-03-2010 at 06:53 PM. Reason: correction |

Wow, that is a very drastic, most dealers have only 1-2 master techs. Is that for all type of warranty work or just for OBDII related repairs?

You have the wrong information. Nissan has a new technician orientation in Virtual Academy that has some online training that new hires have to take. Without that online training Nissan will not pay any warranty claims that are done by that technician.
