Default Heating Problems

I have a 2015 Nissan Altima and I am having problems with my heat when I switch the setting to floor. I have in the car but when I switch so that it's blowing on my feet, I only get cold air. What could be the problem?

Do you have automatic (display) or manual (no display) A/C?
