Default A/C problems

My A/C on my 06 xterra us blowing warm air. I replaced blower motor resistor and charged system. This helped a little but won't get cold. What should I look at to troubleshoot?

I doubt the issue is the blower resistor. According to you you've replaced this part and charged the system and worked for a while. I suspect you have a leak in a/c system. Get a UV light and shine the compressor, the condenser, low/high pressure lines especially in the schrader valves, and receive dryer specially in the sensor connection. The refrigerant will show as bright lime color.
