Default Manual Trans Fluid What To Get?

I have searched and searched. Please forgive me for such a rhetorical question. 1995 Altima KA24-de Maunaul trasmission 220xxx grinds and wont go in 5th gear. What fliud do I use in the transmission? Also what else can I use other than factory nissan lube? I am very ignorant in this area and there are tons of options from 75w gear oil to products that specifically say Manual trans fluid and there are also brands that are specific to a certain car manufacturer. I see where to fill it but I cant find any service manuals online to help me with specific lube choice, all refer to automatic transmissions and I have a 5 speed manual.
P.S. Doing the timing chain soon wish me luck!!!! lol
