Default Corroded brakes

My rotors seem to corrode quickly and my service guy tells me it doesn't make sense to put in higher quality rotors because they will rust too. There is a lot of calcium on the roads here in Connecticut during the winter and the truck has to sit outside in the driveway year round. Can anybody recommend a set of rotors that will hold up better?

They make coated rotors for vehicles in areas such as "the rust belt." Rockauto.com has a section in their brake rotor category that lists only coated rotors. You might try something like these for the front, if you have the 4.0L:

and the rears:

I would pair them up with a good set of Ceramic pads, like Raybestos or Akebono, which usually come with all new hardware.
