Default Turn Signals not working 2004 Nissan Frontier

Turn signals not working on my 2004 Nissan Frontier.
I check the fuses and changed out the flasher under the dash, but still not working. Does anyone have any ideas?

Exactly how are they "not working?" Do they not come on at all? Do them come on and not flash? Do they make a fast clicking noise? Do they do the same thing whether the turn signal is on the left turn or right turn position? Do the hazard flashers work properly?
