Default 1997 HB starter relay location

HELP! i have a 1997 pickup that isn't starting. all the lights come on (on the dashboard) but starter won't kick over (nothing - no clicking). sounds like juice is getting to the fuse box in the engine bay but no start. Thanks for your time. NOTE: replaced battery, clutch safety switch. Does anyone know where the starter relay is - thanks

Do you have manual or automatic transmission?

Manuals transmission have the "Clutch Relay" and Automatic Transmission "Inhibitor Relays". Both relays are in the relay box

Get a 12v test light and check for power at the signal wire (usually a black and yellow wire) on the starter solenoid while someone turns the key to "start." If you get power there, you probably need a starter. Try taking a small hammer and give the starter a few "whacks" and it may start. If there is no power, then you'll have to do some circuit testing.
