fuel pump issues
Greetings! i am the proud owner of a 2003 Nissan Frontier 3.3 V6 supercharged 4x4 drive. Engine rotates at normal speed but will not fire. i had the fuel pump and fuel sending unit replaced. I assume is good parts. However, today.
i rented a fuel pressure gauge and i rigged the gauge illustrated in the manual. Need less to say i am getting zero psi reading but when i turn the key on the pump can be heard. I am thinking it is a relay problem but i am not sure where to look for the relay? Is it possible if the pump can be heard running it will not pump fuel to the engine? |

If the pump is running, it's not a relay issue. It's possible that the hose became disconnected inside the fuel tank...or the new pump is no good.
