Power Chip and what else for Mileage
Love my Frontier, but as a commuter she's not as good as full V8's GMC. My average MPG is 14.8. Hwy last summer was 21mpg. She has 110,000 miles and I'm not a mechanic. I do have the passion to invest in her with real chips, or other improvements IF>>> it pays for itself in 3 more years of 10000miles/year. Who has solutions for me besides HHO generators? LOL.

There is a smart chip reprogrammer (superchips) out there that i believe flashes your factory chip. I think it's around $395 & up. My 2005 LE A/T, I get 15.9 around town and 20.5 LA freeway driving. so i'm not sure how much better it's going to get for you.

Is all the maintenance up to date? In particular, are the O2 sensors doing their job? Defective O2 sensors can seriously affect mileage. A thorough once over of the powerplant and sensors might be worth considering.
