Wondering if theses can be replaced or not, seems like a 50/50 split people say so figured I would ask you guys. Also if they are serviceable how hard are they to get out? Thanks in advance!

The ball joint can be replaced, but you probably wont be able to find OEM ball joints available. As far as I know Nissan doesn't sell the ball joints by it self, but I have seen some aftermarket available.

Yes, you can either rent a tool and do It yourself, or u can take the arm and have a shop replace it for you. I recommend doing the later.

check out rockauto.com (moog, mevotech, raybestos ac delco). you only need a pickle fork ($10. approx.) and heavy hammer. you're doing a replacement so it doesn't matter you damage the old part cuz you will damage removing it with a pickle fork. in the future you want to remove and re-use it you will need the ball joint puller ($15. approx.). if Oreilly is near you they have the loaner, you just make a deposit and you get it all back when you return within 48 hrs. hope this helps. or just buy the part from them and they'll be happy to loan you the tools.
