What kind of tires does it have? Are they A/T. Some tires just make the truck ride rough. Otherwise a suspension check might be good. Is it lifted or anything?

Its a a truck with a truck suspension. It's going to ride "stiff". Not sure about the 4WD model but my 2WD KC has only 1 1/2 inches of front suspension travel before it hits the stops.
