'10 Frontier XE radio removal
I need non-technical instructions on how to pop off the dash panel so I can remove and replace my factory radio on a 2010 Nissan Frontier XE. Thanks Much.

61 views and no one knows how to disassemble the dashboard to remove a radio? I accidentally found the answer to this --- so will answer my own question in case someone else needs the info. Pop off the top change tray, which gives you access to the radio cavity. A very simple solution that no one was willing to tell me. Thanks guys, appreciate it.

Good info thanks
I'm doing the same for my 2008, jvc kw-xr810 and alpine speakers, did you have problems removing the screen to get to the door speakers. did you do the cross over for the tweeters?

The change tray pops off by inserting a thin pry tool into the side slots and levering it upwards. I bought a nifty set of plastic tools for this purpose at Harbor freight for less than 10 bucks.
