Default error with subscription

Paid the 12 bucks and can now access the downloads but I'm limited too two, and still asking me to subscribe. Whats going on?

When did you make the payment? did you pay with a check? check payments may take up 5 days to activate. Pay-Pal take 2-5 business day to clear the check and the system will not activate the subscription until the check is cleared.

I also signed up just before 4/1/13 and have been unable to post a review for my 2013 Versa. I get an authentication failure error when I submit. What's the problem? I also have been unable to unearth a support telephone number.
