Default Headlight failure

I have a 2006 nissan maxima se and none of the headlights will come on (high or low). I already checked the fuses and that wasn't the problem. When I try to turn them on, I can hear a loud clicking noise coming from the fuse box (IPDMER). What do I need to do to fix this?

Consult your car's Lighting System manual in the Knowledgebase section. The clicking you hear could be the relay in the IPDM. Hope this helps.
