Default Oil Leak & Radiator

On my 1994 Altima, had a bad oil leak. There is a housing on the upper left side of the timing chain cover, as looking at the passenger side "front" of the engine. This housing was mounted to the side of the timing cover with three bolts anda squared off shaped opening. What is this housing? Function? I need to find a replacement. In the process of an engine rebuild.

Also can the radiator be repaired? Seem to have aleak between the upper tank and core. Can a radiator shop, open the crimped ring and reseal the joint?

Sorry I can't remember at this time about that bracket, I'll try to check tomorrow.

Yes, but almost no one is fixing the radiators now, it's not cost effective. The shop will charge you $100 of labor + parts to fix the radiator, but you can get a new aftermarket radiator for about $60 or $80.
