2013 Pathfinder AC Only works at 60deg
My wife's 2013 Pathfinder Platinum will only blow cold air when temperature is set at 60deg. Hot air blows if thermostat is changed to 61deg. I've tried AC amp but no change. Any ideas on what is the problem?

Maybe not the problem but ANY a/c goes off cold for a bit if you move the switch to a higher temperature as staying on will not let it get there. With only one degree it would come back on pretty quick but it should go off with any move upward. My home one does the same. Proof of normal would be dropping the temp to lower than 60 to have it stay working in that direction.

Thanks for your input. Unfortunately the cold air never returns. I am thinking maybe a thermostat issue but hoping someone has experienced this before I start throwing parts at it.

That is usually caused by the in car temperature sensor. Check to make sure it is plugged in. On most Nissan's it is in the panel below the steering wheel, by your knees.
