C'mon Nissan... do you really need to compete with Scion?

Is this really going to be pictured on the same website with the GT-R?

Finally...a car that makes the Pontiac Aztec look good!
The Cube didn't get hit with the ugly stick...
It fell off the top of the ugly tree, hitting every ugly branch on the way down, then the entire ugly tree fell on it.

Is the $13,990 list price what they will pay me to drive it away?!?!
(I'll need more...)

My local dealer said it's style was "polarizing"; he was dead right about that. I had a 1970's stove that came in the same shade of green the Cube comes in.

The best Nissan can hope for is that it wil be a niche vehicle like the VW Beetle. Anyone care to lay any bets how many model years the Cube will run?

As a PROUD owner of 2 Cubes, I think many people who bash it do so because they lack the confidence to drive something so different. God for bid you don't blend in with the cool people. Yes, the Cube is ugly, but it wouldn't be what it is if it was another Versa. It's all about being original and creative. Look what they said about the VW Beetle when it first hit U.S. shores. A face only a mother could love. So, you haters can go ahead and drive your invisible-mobiles and I'll have fun with my Cubes!

Well with two "lumps" i juess you love your cube. Just this evening the wife and i spotted one on the road and went to the nearest dealer.Well the wife liked it and i thought it looked really cheap made. The mpg was well below what i would have exspected. Maybe if i was a collage student it would be ok but i take far too many long road trips for this vehicle to fit in my glass.

I just got back today from a 1K roadtrip each way. Averaged 32.7 MPG with a somewhat heavy foot. I'm not complaining. Above EPA estimates. Extremely comfortable on long trips. Nice solid steady feel. Not quite sure about your "cheaply made" comment, but maybe you would be happier with something made by Chrysler.
