nissan teranno seeker 2 help

just recently bought a terrano seeker 2.4 petrol,
loverly 4x4`s they are,but i have a problem
in a morning when 1st started up,the gearbox seems to have trouble going in 2nd gear,and ive noticed a whining nose coming from the gearbox,but once the car has warmed up for 10 to 15 mins run all seems fine,its slips in gear no problem hence the whining is still there in 2nd and 3rd gear,any idea`s what this could be?

Used to have a terrano 2 and it is a common problem. Mine used to be the same when cold I would go from 1st to 3rd for the first ten mins then it would be fine. I wound'nt worry about mine did it for the 11 months that I had it.
