Default 2016 370Z Nismo and Sirius Stiletto radio

Bare with me a little here, since I know that the 370Z Nismo with navigation comes with a Sirius/XM ready stereo. Here is my dilemma.

My wife bought me a lifetime subscription to Sirius back in 2006. It was around $450 for the lifetime subscription. Sirius realized their mistake a few years later, around the time of their merger with XM, and they stopped offering the lifetime subscription. In order to limit it further they put out that you could only move the subscription from one radio to another just one time. Effectively limiting the lifetime subscription to the life of your second radio.

When my first Sirius radio died I bought their Sirius Stiletto radio and had the subscription moved to it. So supposedly I can't ever change my lifetime subscription to another radio. So I have to use my Stiletto to get Sirius. This here is my new issue:

The 2016 370Z Nismo that I just bought has a USB Aux input (which is digital) in the center console, not the 3.5mm (1/8") plug on the dash like some earlier 370Z's, or different versions that do have the analog 3.5mm Aux port on the dash.

The Sirius Stiletto uses a 3.5mm output that is supposed to be plugged into the aux input in the car.

I've tried two different 3.5mm-to-USB analog to digital converters with no success.

Does anyone know how I can possibly attach my Stiletto to my 370Z so I can have my Sirius again?
