Default Radio is on blast mode on start-up

The problem is on my 2014 Altima 3.5. Intermittently, when we start the car, the radio is on a very loud level. It can be adjusted easily, and everything else seems to work properly. I never leave the radio at this level on my own, so the system is not remembering a former setting. I have played with the speed/volume settings to no avail. There doesn't seem to be any logical set of circumstances when this happens, but it's a real annoyance. Anybody got any ideas?

Never had that problem before. The dealer should had no problem replacing the audio under unit warranty.
