Default Sattelite Radio?

Just bought a 2008 Nissan Titan. It has a radio with 6-disc cd player and a button which says "satellite". When I push the button the display says "no satellite". I called Sirrus and my dealer. They both say to tune the radio to station 1 and get the radio ID. Not able to tune to station 1. I don't see a satellite radio antenna (shark fin). The dealer say the antenna on the fender is also the satellite radio antenna. Sounds unlikely to me. Do I even have a satellite radio or does the "no satellite" message mean what it says?

You need to add the tuner and antenna. On the 2008 Titan I believe they were still using the large through the glass antenna. It was mounted on the windshield. You would definitely know it was there.
