Default Navigation map data update matrix

Two methods are used to update/upgrade Navigation Map Data:

1. The customer is mailed update disc(s) or SD Card and installs data,
OR
2. The dealership is mailed update disc(s) and the customer must visit the dealership to have data installed.

Use the matrix below to determine which method is utilized for each Applied Vehicle.

2011 Rogue. Getting alert through radio that there's an update for the Nav. Went to my dealer and was quoted a price of $455.00. Was I foolish to assume it would be free?

I just purchased a new 2013 Altima with navigation. The issue I am having is that the navigation cant find my house address or many addresses around my city. The information is all stored on a SD card and it says its updated according to the Nissan site. Can the roads database really be as bad as it appears or is there a update or feature I do not have turned on?
