Default 07 5.6 stalled

today is warmer, maybe related, went to slow for stop, and it quit, waited 5 minutes, it started so I headed back for home, stalled in driveway, after a couple hours, when I crank it, it stumbles, and then stalls, I tried some starting fluid, didn't change, theres no code to reference trouble, I do hear the fuel pump cycling but haven't checked pressure, do these symptoms sound familiar to anyone?

  • update: fuel pressure is jumping from 30-70 psi a couple times a second, when cranking, I pulled a plug, and its wet, im thinking regulator is causing engine to flood?
