Default Tailgate / Rear panel removal procedure.

I need to replace the rear window wiper stop or lifter (called different things depending where you look). Part # 28795-7s000. In order to do so I must remove the panel on the tailgate. Is there a procedure for this so I don't break the panel?

There are clips around the panel. You have only have to remove the screws on the door handle, once you remove the handle just pull the panel. Make sure you open the back door glass first. Here are the instructions from the service manual.
