View Full Version : Force Connect to Reboot?

I have a 2015 Frontier with the Nissan Connect system... There are times when I get in the truck that the truck doesn't properly deal with my iPhone (USB). It will detect the phone via USB and try to start the media player, the phone will start charging... But, the media player won't play anything -- and the audio plays out of the phone's speaker.

If I turn off the truck and leave it for some unknown amount of time, the next time I start the truck -- if I see the Nissan splash screen -- it will go back to normal. If it is too soon, the system will just immediately display what you were previously doing. So I suspect the Connect system stays running for some amount of time after key off due to the time it takes to boot..

Does anyone know how to force the system to reboot, other than via pulling the fuse?
