I have an 04 SE and I barely get any sound at all when connecting my mp3 player to the AUX connection on the dash. I have to turn the mp3 player volume to max just to get a little sound out of the AUX connection.
When I connect my sirius unit through the AUX connection I get no sound at all even when turing the volume up to max on the unit itself.

I have seen several posts regarding an inline amp being needed to boost the AUX input but I was wondering if this problem with the in dash AUX is a issue worthy of a TSB???

Anyone else experience any of these issues?

I have the same thing with mine. The aux volume is at 30 and is at a comfortable setting. I just have to remember to turn it down when i switch back to cd or radio.

I have the same problem with running an aftermarket DVD player audio into the AUX jack. A line-driver would give more voltage and increase the amplitude of the signal going in, hence louder volume, but it sounds like a lot of trouble just for AUX audio. Hmmmm... It sucks.:censored:
